Below you will find documentation regarding the inflammatory actions of Roy Warden of Tucson, Arizona from the past several years

Most recently, Warden was responsible for burning a Mexican Flag in Armory Park on April 10, 2006 in front of thousands of demonstrators who marched in support of immigrant rights. His actions resulted in violence and he can be seen shoving members of the press in the video provided.

Other actions by Roy Warden include spam and harassing email, misuse of concealed carry permits to intimidate, threats against various individuals, and a disregard for the rights of anybody other than himself.

On April 10th, Roy Warden burned a Mexican flag in front of 10,000 marchers in Tucson, Arizona in the hopes of instigating violence. In addition to setting a flag on fire, he can be seen shoving individuals in the crowd and interfering with a news agency camera man.

A brief excerpt from a radio show interview in April of 2004. In this audio clip, Mr. Warden admits to seeking a concealed carry permit with the intent of enraging a local Tucson cop to the point where the officer would attack him and give him an excuse to use lethal force to 'defend' himself.

In addition to this radio clip statement, Mr. Warden has a history of pinning his concealed carry permit prominently to his shirt while confronting individuals in order to intimidate and harass.

Mr. Warden makes several unsubstantiated public allegations against the Pima County Prosecutor in early 2005. At the time, Warden was being represented by a local civil rights attorney and the ACLU regarding a violation of his First Amendment Rights. These communications made it clear however that Warden hoped to use his lawsuit as cover for pursuing personal vendetta's against public officials.

Several individuals have been subjected to a constant barrage of abusive and harassing emails from Roy Warden. In many cases, Mr. Warden has responded to requests to be removed from his distribution list with personal attacks and explicit refusals to stop the harassment.

After having his email account terminated by Netzero for abusive behavior in 2005, Roy Warden setup service with his friend, Russ Dove, at Synergy Information Services and secured a broadband connection with Cox Communications. He currently uses a combination of services from these providers to send unsolicited and harassing communications to various individuals.
